As a valid proof of address, we accept one of the following documents issued in the past six months:
- Utility bills: water, gas, electricity, TV services, landline phone, landline internet.
- Bank issued document if it shows the name and logo of the bank, your full name and address, valid issue date
- Residence certificates.
- Credit/debit card statements.
- Tax statements or local authority tax bills.
- Rental agreements.
- Government-issued documents (e.g., notices, election invitations).
- Letters from landlords or employers.
- Mobile Money Statements (i.e. Mpesa Statements, Airtel Money Statements)
- Affidavit of Residence
Please ensure that all four corners of the document are visible. The easiest way to send this to us is through ‘My requests’ in our web trading platform.
